Angkor Thom

This is the view we saw every day, our intrepid "tuktuk" driver navigating the hectic streets of Siem Reap. The ride was slow but nice as long as it wasn't raining. Being Cambodia, it can rain a lot during the monsoon.

Angkor Thom is not as famous as Angkor Wat, but oughta be.

The South Gate of Angkor Thom. Hollywood couldn't make this stuff up. The faces are gods facing in the 4 directions, bringing the rains that regulate life here.
